I have a challenge, and I need your help
I’ve been a Product Designer for 29 years, working on software teams at places like IBM and Cigna, but today I'm drawing a line in the sand.

I’ve set a goal to schedule 29 “Designed to Lead” professional development sessions for Product Designers during October.
Pretty big, eh? I’m blocking off one hour with each person who signs up.
So, what Product Designers do you know who would like to be more effective with their designs, present ideas confidently, and demonstrate design leadership day to day? I only work with people who are totally committed to geeking-out over design details and pushing themselves to the next level.
Here's what we'll do during the call:
- Create a crystal clear vision of the areas of Product Design you want to strengthen and what design leadership looks like for you.
- Uncover hidden challenges that could be sabotaging your success in having a confident design voice.
- Leave the session renewed, re-energized, and inspired so that you can get started designing on purpose and not by accident.
I’m waiving my fee for these sessions because I’m building my practice by invitation and referral only. All you have to do is be willing to bring your best focus during the session so I can help you figure out your next steps.
These sessions will be particularly useful to Product Designers who are in companies where design is underutilized and who are looking to make an impact on their product or company but don’t know where to begin.
If you would like to be part of my personal challenge, email me at newsletter@designy.com with “GET DESIGNY” in the message and I’ll follow up with a personal link so you can schedule the session.
Feel free to forward this to Product Designers you know who may also benefit from this offer.
Keep in mind that spaces are limited in this challenge. Since I don't know how intense the response will be, I can't guarantee that everyone will get a session—let me know right now if you're interested.
Thanks!
—Darrell
P.S. Whatever you walk away with from our session, talking about design is always a blast. Looking forward to it!
